Hongra Hongorzul, a Berlin-based Mongolian fashion designer, has been creating under the name H510801O since her time as a fashion student, making it a personal tradition. In 2022, she took the bold step to produce her designs in series and collections, choosing her homeland of Mongolia as the base of production. By sourcing premium Mongolian cashmere and wool directly from local nomads, she celebrates the craft and simplicity of Mongolian culture while committing to sustainable, CONTEMPORARY fashion.

The minimalist aesthetic of her collection is deeply influenced by the natural and purposeful way of life of Mongolian nomads, as well as by her fashion studies in Germany, City of Hannover and Berlin. 

Each piece is carefully designed to embody that ethos. Working with her siblings in Mongolia, alongside skilled local knitters—many of whom are longtime friends— the team blends hand and machine knitting techniques to craft unique, timeless pieces. Together, this small, close-knit team accomplishes big things, bringing ethical sourcing and craftsmanship to life.
